True Worship
Music teaches us the gospel
Spiritual songs take our faith and elevates it. The melody and phrasing of the music makes our souls connect to the higher being. Before we hear a word of scripture our hearts and minds are touched by the Holy Spirit through our singing.
Singing is an important part of who we are and who God created us to be. We have different gifts and strengths. Scripture encourages us to find the music that allows our hearts to sing and connect to God.
Music that honours God causes our spirits to sing. That is when worship happens.
